When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most cards leave us the next working day — we’re not ones for sitting on a finished card.
How does personalising my card work?
Any card with a Personalise me! box can be personalised — type the name, age or message you want there, then add it to your basket. We print it on your card and post it to you, so there's nothing to fill in after checkout. Cards without the box ship exactly as shown. Spelling is on you, though — we print exactly what you type.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. The printing, folding and envelope-stuffing all happens here in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. No surprises at the last step — we hate that too.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. A card that arrived bent is not the card we sent — tell us and we’ll fix it.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Personalised cards are the main one — ‘Happy 40th Deborah’ is a hard sell to anyone else.
