Refund policy

If something is not right with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Personalised cards
Cards personalised with a name, age or custom message are made to order, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your legal rights.

Non-personalised cards
Non-personalised cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition. You arrange and pay for return postage. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the card.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us within 14 days at inkoniqprints@outlook.com with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. You will not pay return postage in these cases.
